We are looking for a full-time (Junior) Account Manager (all genders) with a focus on New Business for at our location in Munich as soon as possible for Mediaplus, the largest owner-managed media agency in Europe under the umbrella of the Serviceplan Group.


What you can expect from us:

  • Support the team in managing the end-to-end new business pitch process with all agencies within the Mediaplus Group, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop compelling pitch strategies and proposals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pitch strategies
  • Support the preparation of pitch presentations, including creative concepts, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the pitch process
  • Share knowledge and best practices throughout the agency by updating and maintaining our internal sharing platforms
  • Monitor industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of the agency's services to align pitch efforts with market demands
  • Contribute to the development of long-term business growth strategies

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media & Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in media planning and/or consulting in a media agency or in the marketing and advertising industry in general.
  • First expieriences with managing and winning new business pitches and/or handling existing client business
  • Experience in business development, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
  • Good project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and German
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with focus on PPT and EXCEL
