We are looking for a full-time Senior Client Consultant (all genders) to join Mediaplus Engine (Part of Serviceplan Group) at our Munich location as soon as possible.

As a Senior Client Consultant (all genders), you will be the first point of contact for our client, responsible for receiving and managing all project requests. You will work closely within the Agency to ensure seamless coordination between our client and internal teams. Your role is to understand client needs, challenge briefs where necessary, and organize the execution of projects with relevant stakeholders, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence.

What you can expect:

  • Act as the primary client contact, receiving and clarifying project requests and briefs
  • Engage in strategic discussions with the client to understand objectives, deadlines, and requirements
  • Question and challenge briefs when necessary to ensure clarity and feasibility
  • Translate client needs into actionable project plans, assigning responsibilities to internal teams
  • Collaborate with operational and specialist teams to ensure smooth execution of all client deliverables
  • Collaborate and coordinate different markets in the client region
  • Proactively manage timelines, budgets, and expectations, keeping stakeholders informed
  • Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization
  • Ensure all projects align with the client's business goals and our agency's strategic vision
  • Foster strong client relationships by delivering excellent service and maintaining a solutions-driven approach
  • Support internal reporting, project tracking, and post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement

What we expect from you:

  • A successfully completed degree in Marketing, Communication, (Business) Administration, or a comparable education
  • Multi-year experience in (international) Client Services, Account Management or Project Management within a Media Agency or related industry
  • Experience in media planning, buying, or digital Marketing and knowledge of Media Agency operations and processes
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and campaign performance analysis
  • Experience working with international clients and complex, multi-market projects
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Ability to challenge and refine client briefs to ensure clarity and deliverability
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic mindset
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive projects effectively
  • Proficiency in project management Tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Very good English skills  - verbal and written; German is a plus
