You plan and buy paid social operationally at the highest level and find your way around Meta Business Manager & Co. blindfolded. You go into direct client contact and present and represent paid social media convincingly. You advise strategically and bring the social-first perspective into the overall strategy from day one. We're looking for you as a Paid Social Media Specialist & Client Consultant (all genders) for Mediaplus International, based in Munich, hybrid.

Mediaplus is Europe's largest owner-managed media agency under the umbrella of the Serviceplan Group. At our Munich location, we bring together the expertise of our numerous media experts and offer our clients modern, integrated solutions from a single source.

What to expect:

  • You manage paid-social campaigns for well-known clients end-to-end, taking full ownership from planning through to ongoing optimization.
  • Operationally steering campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Snapchat is part of your daily business, as is the continuous development of performance. You move confidently and routinely within the respective business managers.
  • You keep an eye on budgets, target groups, ads and campaign structures at all times, planning proactively and realistically. If something isn't working, you don't just flag the problem, you bring a solution, ensuring an efficient and targeted use of media budgets.
  • You analyze campaign results, evaluate reporting and dashboards, and derive well-founded recommendations and optimization measures.
  • As a trusted point of contact, you engage directly with our clients, confidently present paid-social topics and represent our team convincingly from strategies and platform developments to best practices and performance potential.
  • You keep an eye on current developments in the paid-social space, bring in new ideas and test innovative approaches to continuously evolve campaigns.
  • You bring the social-first perspective into the overall strategy from the very beginning, actively helping shape the strategic direction for our clients.
  • You're a reliable partner at every interface: when another team needs something from you, you deliver without friction, and you make sure our promise to the client is kept, day in, day out.
  • You take full 360-degree ownership of your area: you keep your commitments, avoid unpleasant surprises, and when in doubt, you know exactly what needs to be done.

What we expect from you:

  • You've already gained solid experience in paid social media, ideally on the agency, publisher or client side, and you know how to independently own campaigns end-to-end from operational execution to continuous performance optimization.
  • You're familiar with the common platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Snapchat. You find your way around Meta Business Manager blindfolded even without preparation, and you move confidently between campaign steering, analysis and client consulting.
  • Numbers mean more to you than plain reports: you analyze relevant performance metrics and optimization potential and derive well-founded recommendations.
  • You work in a structured, self-directed way and keep the overview even across multiple projects. You know where things are getting tight, and when they do, you don't just raise the issue, you bring a proposal for how to solve it.
  • Client orientation, strong communication skills and a passion for consulting are just as natural to you as enthusiasm for digital trends, new platforms, and confident communication in German and English.
  • Last but certainly not least, you're an absolute team player who fits into any team quickly and easily.
